Cebuanos Engaging in Building Unity Inc. Spare and Share Sugbo 2020 Humanitarian and Medical Mission was a one week mission last February 2020 serving Barangay Guizo, Barangay Mantuyong and Barangay Casuntingan, all located in Mandaue City. CEBU Inc. also donated 10 units of industrial, heavy-duty, high-speed sewing machines; a zigzag machine, and an edging machine to the Home of Love in Tuburan, Cebu. These machines will definitely help the women to develop skills and establish a livelihood to sustain their lives.

CEBU Inc. continues to serve the community by donating adult medicines to Chong Hua Hospital Internal Medicine Department Charitable Section represented by Dr. Florge Francis Sy on March 4, 2020. Finally, the last leg was donating pediatric and children multivitamins and medicines to Cebu Velez General Hospital Pediatric Department Charitable Service Program headed by Dr. Fiel Ronan Leo R. Fortez, Chief Resident.
