C.E.B.U. Inc. celebrates Spring Fling with a yellow theme party at Astoria World Manor. Highlight of the event was the Induction of the President and Officers and new members, Inducted by Consul General Elmer Cato. The first in-person event was also attended by Vice Consul Paolo Mapula, Deputy Consul General Arman Talbo and several leaders of the Filipino Community.
